Starting two generations ago, Tiffany's great grandparents started a small chain of restaurants throughout Trumbull & Mercer Counties known as Turkey Heaven. As a little girl growing up in Cortland Ohio, you wouldn’t find her playing with Barbie dolls but with her Little Tikes kitchen set and Easy Bake oven! She would take pots and pans down to the creek and sauté dandelions, grass, leaves & crab apples to create her special gourmet play salad.
